LifeProof fre for iPhone 5, Lime
Ok, so I bought this case specifically for it being WATERPROOF. I didn't buy it just because I needed a case.THAT will make the difference on how you view the case; the reasons you buy it play a huge role.First and foremost: follow the directions and do the waterproof test BEFORE you put the case on. They tell you to place a napkin or something inside the case, then put it under water with something not too heavy to keep it in place for ONE HOUR to make sure it works correctly. For the review(s) that say water ruined their phone, well I'm sure they just popped the case on without doing the test. The test is the FIRST step.My main desire when I bought this case (I'd lusted after it for months) was to have a waterproof case so I could take pictures in the pool with my kids. We also go the beach every summer, so the dust-proof quality was a major player too, considering I've always been freaked out by the dangers of the sand and the salt...
I purchased this case February 23, 2013 and didn't use it until my cruise I went on April 28- May 2. The case broke while I was on my cruise. I emailed warranty support at LifeProof and was informed that this case is counterfeit and they know by the serial numbers located in the inside of the front and back of the case. Here is the email I received from Lifeproof:Unfortunately, I have to inform you that the serial numbers you have provided belong to a counterfeit or fake case. Genuine LifeProof cases have two serial numbers inside that are unique to that case only. Our serial numbers are never repeated. We have received quite a few inquiries from customers with these exact serial numbers, which verifies that this case is a counterfeit.Due to this ill-fated situation, we are unable to offer any warranty assistance. Without a genuine LifeProof case, there is no genuine LifeProof warranty. I apologize that you are experiencing this situation, but I would still...

This is not my first Mac computer, and certainly will not be my last. Before I begin, I will say that I am not like a good percentage of the people that will end up writing a review on this computer - I am not an Apple fanboy. I have owned many PC computers as well, and like them too. I currently own a Lenovo laptop as well as my new MacBook Pro, and each have their own strengths and weaknesses. To start with the strengths:1. OSX Lion is a great performer..extremely fast and reliable. I have it installed on my iMac desktop computer as well and love it. Not to mention this comes with a free upgrade to Mountain Lion, which is very nice.2. Screen looks great. Even though it is not the Retina display you can get on the 15.4 inch model, the screen is fantastic. Very bright and crystal clear with excellent color.3. Quietest laptop I have ever owned. Keeps quiet even when the computer is under a heavy load.4. First computer I have owned with USB 3.0. I...
I used to be a die hard windows fan. I was always bashing OSx for the usual things (too expensive, too dumb, et cetera, et cetera), and I never really gave it a chance. Windows 7 was my OS of choice from the day it came out, and I used it on many different computers with (or at least what I thought then) good results. It's certainly not a bad OS but...This past holiday season, I got an Asus tablet PC. I wanted to love it, I really did. I gave it a five star review here on Amazon, and I tried my very hardest to use it to it's fullest potential. It was working fine for a while, until I tried the Windows 8 beta. It was all down-hill from there. Viruses, problems (beyond those that should be in a beta, and a general ugliness drove me absolutely insane, and I decided to move away from Windows, at least temporarily. I bought a Chromebook, and while I absolutely love it and highly recommend it, I wanted more out a computer than it offered. So, nearly on a whim, I bought a Mac. I...

It doesn't seem possible, That an iPhone with so much - a larger display, faster chip, ultrafast wireless technology, an 8MP iSight camera - could be so thin and so light. It is. In fact, iPhone 5 is the thinnest and lightest iPhone ever.
i bought this to work in the caribbean no complains works came in great condition. will update as the time goes

Apple 11.6" MacBook Air 1.6GHz, 4GB RAM, 128GB Flash Storage, NVIDIA GeForce 320M
Deal Price: $627.00

Description
This Apple computer has been upgraded over the base Apple model by Apple in their factory. As a result, it comes with the standard Apple computer warranty. The base Apple computer model this upgraded model was built upon was MC506LL/A

The Apple upgrades specific to this model are:

Processor is increased from 1.4GHz to 1.6GHz

RAM is increased from 2GB to 4GB

i am currently writing this review after several weeks of use. i spent about 3 weeks researching different laptops before i got this one. it was no easy task. i hope this review will help you decide.i have the 1.6GHz, 4GB Ram, & 128GB Flash Storage. (not sure if this review will be placed for this specific spec or for all MacBook Air 11".)LAPTOP USE:mainly for work. checking email and managing contacts. viewing documents.i am also an amateur photographer so i will be doing some light photo work.huge gamer. see below for more details.DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION:there's not much to say regarding this. it's built like no other machine i've ever used. it's rock solid. i have read some reviews stating that they were concerned with the joint where the screen meets the keyboard area but it should not be of any concern. it feels great in your hands. i can find no flaws with the laptop itself. make sure you go to an Apple Store and play...
I should admit upfront that I am not a scientist or engineer. Nor am I a gamer or video editor. I am a scholar and writer, so my use of this machine is largely limited to word processing, Power Point presentations, web browsing, and watching streaming videos. Thus, my experience will very likely differ from those who'll be using this computer to run several large and sophisticated programs simultaneously. Given these parameters, I am simply thrilled with this addition to Apple's MacBook collection. I am a relatively recent convert to Apple products after nearly two decades on PCs. So my views might be positively colored somewhat by the enthusiasm of the newly converted. I have been using a MacBook Pro 13" for the last year or so and I can safely say that this new MacBook Air 11" is simply a charm and a wonderful companion to the larger computer. Mine is the fully maxed-out model, with the factory-installed 1.6 chip, 4GB ram and 128 flash. I bought it to use for travel to libraries and...
I have a core i7 main 15" MBP and I wanted a travel laptop. I figured for big trips I would need the big boy to take the load. I was wrong. I bought the pimped out 11" model and it has handled admirably. I would like a 256 model as well but I think I will be able to find a bigger flash drive soon enough. I have been amazed with the ease the 1.6ghz handled everything I threw at it and multitasked like a champ. I would not do any video editing or encoding on this little guy but I don't really do that on the road anyway. I think my 15" MBP will be getting a lot of at home time these days. if you have the money to pay the apple tax you will not be disappointed.

Quicken Premier gives you the information you need to make smart investment decisions, so you can watch your money grow.
I moved from Quicken Premier 2011 to Premier 2013.First - in the 2012 version (between the 2011 that i had the 2013 version that I purchased), Intuit changed the security structure. So, my 2011 data file password was somehow changed in the conversion to 2013 and I COULD NOT OPEN MY DATA FILE. I searched Intuit and this is a KNOWN PROBLEM. I had to uninstall 2013, reinstall 2011, open my 2011 data file, remove the password, re-install 2013 and then I could open my Quicken file...Second - the budget layout and budget reports are completely different and do not carry the settings over from 2011 so you need to go in and re-enter all of your report settings to get accurate reportsThird - it is EXTREMELY slow. There is a 5 to 10 second delay after every transaction entry. Worse, if you update and entry and then go to an open budget report, it can take up to 1 minute for the report to refresh. After struggling with this application for 3 hours...
I am truly upset. I upgraded to Quicken Deluxe 2013 from Quicken Deluxe 2012. Unfortunately, the data conversion did not go well. I have several transactions with no categories, transfers from one account to another are missing, old accounts that had $0.00 balances now have balances. Simply put, things are a mess!
I upgraded to Quicken Premier 2013, mindful of others' reviews, but thinking that with R2, Intuit had solved the problem. I was wrong. Additionally, the Tech Support is a joke. Pasted in below is the message I just sent to Intuit, asking for my money back. I'm afraid that others will find this episode familiar. (Addition to review as first posted: others reviewing Quicken Deluxe 2013 have identified this problem, but mine may be the first to comment on it in Quicken Premier 2013.)Begin quote:As a long time Quicken/Intuit customer, I am angry and disgusted, after my recent experience with Quicken 2013 and your so-called Customer Support. I want my money back. I have removed the Quicken 2013 from my machine. Copy of my Amazon receipt attached.I bought Quicken 2013, which as you know is more expensive than its predecessor, for its iPhone and Cloud support. As I mentioned in my description of the problem, it doesn't work, refusing to sync my data file...

While at first glance, it may be in your best interest to shop around. Know that when you purchase RAM from Komputerbay, you're getting Grade-A brand name computer memory. Cheap computer memory, while possibly being compatible, can cause system crashes, error codes in your computer, and even damage to your motherboard! Other sellers may offer you similar looking products for a few cents or a dollar less, but here's the scoop on why: they sell cheap-grade memory and they don't test the modules before shipping! This ends up costing you time and money. Trust when you buy from Komputerbay, you are getting top of the line product from a top of the line company. We test every module before it leaves the building, and back all of our purchases up with a LIFETIME WARRANTY!

If you aren't sure what Mac model you have or what kind of memory it takes, you can get your System Profile through the Apple menu. The profile will tell you what kind of memory and how much memory is in your system.

  1. STEP 1: Open the Apple menu
Open the Apple menu, and then select About This Mac.
  2. STEP 2: Select "More Info..."
The About This Mac screen opens. Click the More Info... button.
  3. STEP 3: Hardware overview
The System Profile screen opens, showing the Hardware Overview. The Hardware Overview provides you with all the information you will need, such as your Mac model, CPU type/speed, and total memory capacity.
  4. STEP 4: Current memory information
In the Contents section on the left side of the screen, click Memory. The Memory Slot information appears, showing your current memory configuration ( make sure yours is DDR3 1333MHz ). This information helps you determine which slots are filled with which type of memory, and how many slots are still available to install new memory.
This memory put my mac mini to run much faster, it was too slow with 2GB. I recommend this item for every one with a slow mac.
When I bought this item I was not aware to the company's standing , but some reason I felt it was a good deal..and I was not disappointed..my Mac excepted them and works fine..only wished I had got the 8 gigabit chips now..
Great product, easy to install - should have gotten the 16G version since it really enhances the performance if you are using a lot of programs at the same time
