After only three months of light use the edges of the screen shell cover started cracking on the top edges, and the rubber coating that feels so nice was completely warn through and pealing in large areas from placing it the Incase nylon sleeve/bag (which is also has some quality/failure issues in the zippers and fabric.)I Also have noticed my trackpad often becomes erratic or non-functional from what appears to be a static build-up caused by the insulating qualities of the shell. My Local MacStore also believed my TrackPad was defective until the tech removed it and the TrackPad started functioning properly.I contacted InCase customer service regarding the static, cracking and coating failure of the shell and the zipper issues on the case at least three occasions, but InCase Customer Service was unwilling to offer any offer is assistance other then to recommend I return it for a refund, which after 30 days I am unable to do.While I might expect... |

So glad I made this purchase! Besides being good looking, the case gives me the extra protection against scuffs and scratches that I wanted, and the flat, rubberized feet on the bottom provides a little extra grip on smooth tabletops, like glass. LOVE it! |
