Off-the-charts power. PowerIQ™ technology. 5 ports. Charging re-created for our multi-device world.
PowerIQ™: Compatibility maximized. Not all charging ports are created equal. Standard ports only charge Apple OR Android devices at full speed. But with PowerIQ™ technology, each port intelligently identifies your device and seeks to maximize its charging speed (up to 2.4 amps).
Off-the-charts power. Say goodbye to using multiple adapters & outlets. Say hello to all-in-one charging convenience. With an industry-high 40W power output among 5 ports, charge any combination of phones, tablets or other USB-charged devices at full speed (up to 8A). Even charge a trove of 5 power-hungry tablets all at once.
Compact and cable-chaos free. About the size of a deck of playing cards (3.6 x 2.3 x 1.0in), place on your workstation, nightstand, or even the entryway desk _ creating the perfect charging hub for your gear or the family's. Or, take it traveling; the unibody design easily slips into your bag.
Powerful yet safe. Using top-grade microchips and built-in fail-safes, we can ensure you receive full power and also full safety. We incorporated a port-level circuit protection system that shuts it down in the event of overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating or short circuits.
Broad Compatibility. Compatible with ALL USB-charged devices (except the Asus Transformer and iPod Classic).
Note. To ensure complete safety and best performance, we strongly recommend using your device's original cable or a third-party certified cable (such as MFI).

Worry free charging for nearly any USB device (apple, android, tablet) on any of the 5 ports.+ Compact, silent, sleek and no annoying lights (LED, blinking, or otherwise).+ Gets only slightly warm when charging: neither too hot to handle nor enough to burn.+ Draws minimal power when not charging devices (10mA at idle), so few concerns leaving it plugged in.+ Best price to performance ratio in the market at an excellent price point ($26).-- Charges Wii U Pro and PS4 controllers but possibly not PS3 controllers, PS Move controllers, or PS Vita (no consensus).-- The major unknown is long-term reliability. It's new, only time will tell if it lasts. (3 months so far, have 3 of them now...all good).-- CE+FCC marked, RoHS compliant, but don't see a UL listing. This could be a problem for the corporate/government environment.I've been in the market for a good USB charger for the past few years. The number of... |
