At one point the insurance company that insures my cell phone told me that I was not allowed to make another claim for a year. Since smartphones came out onto the market I have been reluctant to get one due to the abuse that I put my cell phone through. Well I finally broke down and got an Iphone. I immediately bought an Otter Box, the big bulky rubbery one. After a week I was very disappointed, my phone still got covered with gunk. Then a friend told me about LifeProof. After researching on the internet I reluctantly dropped the $79.99 on one. What a great purchase that was!!! I have had the case for 5 months now. I just recently took my phone out of the case and it looked like I just pulled it out of the box, brand new and shiny.The main reason I am writing this review and giving it 5 stars is because of a warranty... I love, love, love this case! I first saw it when my sister and I went to a spa weekend. One of her friends has one and she was taking pictures of everyone in the pool. So I decide to get one for my vacation with my children, I was able to take underwater pics of them, pics of them jumping into the pool from the pool and them diving off the diving board. When I was finished my phone was completely dry! Other guest were asking me if I had a waterproof case and that the case was nice. After noticing bubbles in the screen, I called the phone number inside the packaging, and after comparing serial numbers, I was told by a Lifeproof represenative that this case is a counterfeit.

If you want to include a section of an excel sheet in the email body there will be no grid lines or cell outlines. If you want to include an image in the body of your email there is no way to change the size once you paste it into the body of the email. The rec. work around? Open Word , paste , resize ,copy and paste again . Lather* rinse* repeat until you obtain the size you need....great fun and so productive. Or feel free to... Had to get on line help to get Outlook to work. Disappointed that Calendar, etc., won't sync with Google. Like interface, and used to working with this product, but MS makes changes w/o other considerations. I am getting better at purchasing digital downloadable software. I experienced no delays or problems. It only took a few minutes using my high speed internet connection. I also have the assurance that my software in in my digital library should I ever need to download it again.I am one of those people that is used to Microsoft Office and have had a difficult time moving to the iWork package. There are things I like and dislike about both programs, however, I prefer the Office product over iWork.

I previously owned an RC airplane and flew (and crashed) it until it could no longer be repaired. Ever since then I was itching to get back to the skies. When the first gen AR Drone came out I was interested but hesitated. With the improvements made in the AR Drone 2.0 I am thrilled and have been flying whenever I get a chance. My unit arrived fully functional, it was recognized by my iPad immediately (after charging/installing the Drone's battery) and I was up and flying quickly.This unit is a pleasure to fly and much different than my RC plane. You need a much smaller area for one so heading out into the neighborhood (vs a large flight field) means you can fly at a moments notice. Because of its features (e.g. hovers, user-defined flight ceilings) mistakes are more preventable. Also, because of its relatively easy to learn flight controls you can start having fun immediately, my RC plane had a pretty high learning curve and I spent more time fixing and tweaking than in... I've had this new drone for a couple weeks now (I preordered from Brookstone).Although the helicopter is an improvement on version 1, and is still one of the great iOS accessories, there are a few things worth pointing out:- Currently, the USB recording is completely broken. 9/10 USB drives I've tried don't work. Customer service tried to blame it on Sandisk, but most of the cards I tried weren't SanDisk, and most don't work AT ALL (even after reformatting). Customer service was terrible in dealing with the issue, blaming me, the drives, etc -- in short blaming everyone but themselves. Numerous people are having the same issues, as evidenced by their forums. They started deleting my posts and product reviews on Brookstone in order to cover up the problem. As it currently stands, the USB implementation in the AR.Drone v2 IS BROKEN. Don't buy it until it's fixed.- Many of the advertised features of Drone v.2 don't exist. Customer service... I got one of the first batches from the preorders on Brookstone about three weeks ago. Right out of the box, one of the motors wasn't working. Parrot, the company who makes these, insists on dealing with them for all repairs and returns, but they are so swamped that it took them a week befo they would even authorize a return. They also want the customer to pay for return shipping. That was two weeks ago that I sent it in to them and haven't heard anything. While the drone seems like a really cool device with lots of neat features, if you happen to get one that doesn't work out of the box, you're in for a long fight with a company that needs some training in customer service.Also, as of this writing, note that some of the advertised features, like geocaching and the automated flight path for making videos is not working yet.

These things slid right in and were recognized right away..On top of that I did not purchase 2, I only purchased 1. So the rumors can be cleared up now. I have this 8GB alongside stock 2GB for a total of 10GB in my new Macbook and it works flawlessly! Great product! I couldn't get any other kind of RAM to work properly in this computer (late 2012 27" iMac), with 32 GB installed. I tried three other brands, brands you wouldn't normally think of like Komputer Bat, and Adata, and I couldn't get either of them to work when all 32 GB were installed (4 8GB sticks). I would see Kernel Panics and they wouldn't pass a Memtest or Apple Hardware Test unless only two sticks were installed.Only this Kingston ram worked completely perfectly, with all 4 8GB sticks installed. Highly recommended. It worked perfectly in my MacBook Pro 2012, Core i7 2,3 GHz (not retina). Despite Apple doesn't support 16 GB option, I installed two of this 8GB modules and voila, 16 GB of RAM. I'm also using Windows 7 64 bit on that Mac and worked perfectly too. The performance improvement is noticeable since I now have 4 more times the amount of memory I had and the price is very good.I really recommend this upgrade.Note that this is not a kit of two memory modules. You should purchase 2 of this modules in order to upgrade your MacBook to 16GB of RAM. I also don't recommend to purchase only one of this modules to upgrade your MacBook to 8 GB of RAM. In that case is better to purchase two 4GB modules (KTA-MB1600/4G)

Although I think PURPOSELY submerging your $700 iPhone in water is for a-holes (nothing is 100% guaranteed foolproof, not even Lifeproof.) But it helps knowing that if I accidentally got it wet, it would most likely be okay.3. It feels sturdy.Cons:1. It was a b**tch to put on. This was because lint kept getting inside the front cover. I had to take it off and clean it about 5 times before I got it right. They provide a lint cloth to clean it, however this put MORE lint on the cover for some reason, so I used my finger to try to brush the lint off. In the process, my finger left a light scratch on the plastic screen. I am not sure why, my fingers are not rough. I tried to buff it out with a cloth and scratch stayed.
