First I have to say it is a very good machine. But the user manual, website training video and technical support department are not very helpful when it comes to special situation.coplaint #1: I need to push live broadcast to our media server and I could not get any help to get it done. All the instructions available from the manufacturer are for streaming to commercial sites. There is no clear instruction of how to connect to a specific private server using windows media server. When I ask support department how to create a .prx script for that purpose, no one seemed to know. I asked at least five support technicians and all I got was the same links to their training video or user manual, which of course are useless in this regard.
