An update to my previous review: As another reviewer has pointed out, the static noise and muffling is most noticeable when the ambient sound is lower. So if you are talking directly at the camera or recording your child playing, etc. I think it will be very noticeable as you'll be recording mainly voices. If you are using this to shoot a party and there is music playing constantly or some other sort of loud, constant sound, the muffling won't be something that is very noticeable.-----I have a 5s and this fits very snugly and securely. The lenses seem to be very high quality and construction is solid. If you are into taking still images then this is no doubt a great lens addition for your phone. For this reason I was a bit torn about my review but the bottom line is the olloclip isn't everything it claims to be.However, a major flaw when recording any video is that the olloclip covers up the microphone on the back of the iPhone between the flash and the... |
