Designed for: MacBook 13.3MacBook Pro 15.4 Just bought a 15" Mac Pro and needed a bag that was not bulky, but protective and still had plenty of storage for cords/cables, etc. I had never heard of Brenthaven products, but due to the positive reviews, bought this sight unseen. I couldn't be more pleased. The padding inside is snug and protective (there is padding at the opening under the zipper!). The pockets are ample and well placed. (Includes pockets for phone/ipod with headphone pass through.) And through Amazon, the price is right! No buyers' remorse here. Bought this for my little Toshiba Satellite 13.3 inch notebook. It fits perfectly which means it fits snugly. I've never seen such a well-engineered bag. There are two strips of extra padding at the top which fold inward when you zip in your notebook. These hold the computer tightly and protect it from the zipper. The handles are firm, but comfortable. There are enough storage areas for a few peripherals such as AC adapter, external DVD drive. There's a port for earbuds and small pockets inside for cell phone, pens, etc. A large side pocket would be good for magazines or papers. The nylon material is quite sturdy. I love the orange color. Brenthaven, this is a great bag! I had never heard of Brenthaven before I found these bags on Amazon. But I can tell you I'm a loyal customer from here on out. I feel totally secure carrying around my (overpriced) MacBook in this bag. The bag I had was relatively thin, which made for easy transport but I was always afraid of ruining that expensive machine inside. There's tons of padding within this one, as well as an additional insert with more padding and padded tension bands on the left and right to keep the computer secured from sliding around inside the bag. I LOVE that. Makes for a nice tight-fit. I don't feel they push hard enough to cause any damage, just enough to keep the computer secure. That insert can be easily removed, but that makes me nervous as it seems you could fit 2 MacBooks in the leftover space, and there's nothing to keep it form sliding around. But, if you're looking for a bag not specifically for a thin-profiled computer, just remove that insert and I think any laptop will fit. Buy this...
