Website said I would receive a call from a local tech.Call never came, so I ordered the kit. Clear, step-by-step instructions, and totally functional screen. Warning: the whole thing is daunting. That's why it's good to have this at your side. Be very careful, and follow ALL the instructions, and you'll be a-okay. I got this product in two days and installed it in 60 minutes while sitting in a moving car. It was easy to install, looks great, and all the included tools worked perfectly.I did read several of the negative reviews and I'm sure that like every product, this one has some defective items that come off the assembly line, but my experience was great.The instructions were slightly hard to follow, but that may have been due to the fact that I was being driven on a winding mountain road. There was one part that could have been changed, but that was it (a small plastic piece needed to be transferred from the old display to the new, and it would have been much easier to do in the first steps of the process instead of the last.)The screen powered on and started up perfectly on the first try - no hard reset required.
