The customer service for this company is exceptional. The case works great and I have twice the amount of battery life on my i-phone 4s. The UNU exera case solves the short battery life problem that many 4s phones have. The color blue (sky blue) is very nice bumper color choice. The Unu battery case will make your phone heavier/more depth, you can always remove the battery case for the light weight slim back panel that comes with the Unu if you like to keep your phone in your pocket and you wear tight jeans etc. Otherwise I personaly just keep the battery case on. I like the feel of the phone case when holding it. WHen I need to re-juice the battery on the UNU case, I just leave the case on my phone, plug in the unu cable to my i-phone ac adapter and charge up. Its fast and easy.
