The compartments are spacious and the material is water resistant. I would definitely buy again. I often have a notebook and a few books with me, along with perhaps a tablet or Kindle, and my 15ʺ-rMBP. This back is perfect for all of the above; the pockets are nice and stretchy, the shoulder strap is nice and thick and easily adjustable, and it sits comfortably on the back even when I'm riding my bike. We have two of these in our house now—one for my wife, and one for me—because they're just great, comfortable, durable bags.
