I don't understand a few of the previous reviews downgrading the Feather because it doesn't offer the level of protection of an Otterbox... furthermore, those comparing this case to the same one on the 3GS are overlooking the completely different geometry of the iPhone 4.In my opinion, the Feather case for the iPhone 4 is wonderful! It protects the critical areas (corners, back, etc.) and gives a slightly "grippy" feel to the iPhone when held in my hand. Install the included screen protector and you are in business.The Feather allows me to slip the iPhone 4 into my pocket and without bulking up the ultra-slim profile of the iPhone. I had the Feather on my 3GS and this is a worthy successor.I read on another forum recently that early shipments of the iPhone 4 Feather had a too-small flash hole that... I have tried at least a dozen different cases for the iPhone 4 and have not been happy with any of them. So many of them are flimsy and do not fit exactly. I was not going to take a chance on this brand as I had one of their cases for the iPhone 3 and it fell apart in less than a month.I am glad I went for it. The color is great, a really dark purple that can almost look black in poor lighting. It fits perfectly. You can almost not even notice that it is a case. It is not going to offer serious drop protection for those of you who are always letting your phones hit the ground, but for me, it is fine. I just want protection from scratches and minor bumps. I have never allowed a phone to hit the floor so I do not need serious padding.It also solves the blocked signal problem inherent in the phone.
