Description
This 9.1MP microscope digital camera features upgraded electronics, streamlined software, and a compact design with smaller dimensions and reduced weight. Our company is located in the USA and all cameras come with a 1-YEAR WARRANTY! Featuring built-in C-mount compatibility and 23mm reduction lens adapter, our camera can be attached to any instrument with a C-mount or a 23mm photo port, including microscopes, telescopes, endoscopes, and etc. The camera's optics offers 3488x2616 pixel resolution, and the included software allows you to capture real-time, high-definition videos and stills without requiring any additional equipment. The included user-friendly software and calibration kit allows you to make notes, shapes, watermarks, and precise measurements with ease. You can analyze, present, and share images of samples and specimen by simply plugging one end into your PC's or Appl computer's USB 2.0 port, and the other on your microscope's eye-tube or trinocular port. In addition, the camera comes with a 0.5X reduction lens, giving your computer screen the same field of view for images as those seen through a 20X eyepiece. With the reduction lens in place, your camera tube is 23mm in diameter, making it compatible with pretty much any microscope's eye tube or trinocular port! We also include 2 eyepiece adapters for FREE - 30.0mm and 30.5mm. With its unique stand alone design, this camera is equipped with CMOS color sensor, and comes with a high-speed USB 2.0 cord, 4 mounting sizes (23mm, 30mm, 30.5mm, and C-mount), and instructions. The user-friendly editing, processing and measurement software included is compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7 whereas the Mac OS 10.6 & higher captures and streams microscope images. We are based in the USA and all our cameras come with a 1-year full-coverage warranty and a life-time of free software upgrades. It arrives brand new in a factory sealed box and retails for more than $1,200.
Excellent camera. I use it by mounting on an microscope eye piece. I have obtained excellent pictures of great quality when analyzing diatoms from fresh water, even without using Naphrax mounting.
I was looking to a lot of options for replacing a colposcope custom mounted camera that i had for almost 6 years and most of those options where really cumbersome and required a lot of custom modding. Then i found out about AmScope and saw their website and called them over the phone. The staffer there was very corteus and knew exactly what i was talking about in under a minute of explaining my problem! He was very confident about their product and also about the technical stuff (mounting, eyepiece barrel, my colpo model, etc) so i was very pleased and all my questions answered.I wanted to purchase the 10Mp model but they only offered this 9mp model -which really is very little difference from the 10mp- through amazon, from which i'm confortable buying with my CC.My solution was simple: take one of the eyepiece barrels out from the colpo and swap it with the included 30mm industry-standard camera adapter mount. That's it!So in short:...
