The speakers zip up into a compact package and keeps it well protected. My only complaint is that I wish it had a way to store the AC adapter within the unit to make it a more compact package. As it is, you have to carry both the speakers and the adapter as two different items. If you are only using the batteries, this obviously isn't an issue. The sound is amazing - big sound for a such a small set of speakers. Was able to turn them pretty loud for the size without obvious distortion. I would buy this unit again. I purchased this for my mother as a birthday present. She loved it! She said the sound was 'amazing' coming from such a small speaker set and that she really liked that it could run off of a battery if needed. My mom also liked the blue color. Highly recommend! This is my first time buying speakers....and Im so happy with them!! They have the loudest, clearest, crisp sound! And the attachable handle makes it so easy to carry around.... And I like the colors they come in. The only problem maybe, would be how many batteries it takes. Lol but it comes with the attachable wall plug in. And u can't put your iPod in the case and carry it around with it inside. It also plays other devices!I Love It!!!!
