After a long day at work, the phone is almost discharged, just that now I am not sweating if I need to head out to some place else instead of home. My phone is always on 3G mode now thanks to this juice pack. I have stopped toggling between modes. I just wish it could charge my phone's 1650mAH battery more than just twice. Torch light is awesome help when the power goes out (I live in India :) bought this over Amazon and asked my friend to get it for me when he was returning). Torch is bright enough for most applications.I can charge this battery pack over USB and connect my phone to it as well, so both can be charged at the same time just in case you need to. Since buying this, I haven't charged my phone even once from the wall socket. I just use this and make sure I don't leave home... Does an excellent job of recharging my Motorola Atrix 2 phone which drains power fairly quickly. The Astro is good for 2-3 recharges. Small enough to be easily carried in a pocket. Highly recommended. No fuss - these do what they say. What more can you ask of an appliance? My daughter particularly appreciates the small lipstick sized unit which does not bulk up her purse.
