Quick User Guide
My wife was not happy with her iPhone 4S battery life; basically she burns up the phone by the afternoon, every day. So I decided to give one of the battery cases a try, and found a lot of mixed reviews out there. The one with the most consistent positive reviews turned out to be iBattz. And for good reason.First, the quality of the case is even better than the industry standard, Otterbox (we have gone through four of them). We have three kids pawing at this phone all day, and this one is doing the trick. The quality of the silicone is very good, tight fit and taking the abuse. The big win here is the battery boost. This product comes with two battery packs, and one alone is able to keep my wife's iPhone running all day long. We plug in at 10-11 each night, and the pack and iPhone batteries are both charged every morning, and ready to go for another 15+ hours.I also had to email support with a couple of questions and they were lightning fast...
Its a little difficult to pop the back off to switch out the batteries but I hardly ever need to do it. I'm not crazy about the orange color and wish they had something more neutral for the plastic part. But, I can do everything I want all day long on my phone full charged without switching out the other battery and at the end of the day still have 60-70% left on the phone's battery.
I bought an Ibattz Mojo Battery Case with the 2 x 1700maph batteries in an airport about 6 months ago. It replaced another product that gave out on me after about 10 months. I needed one now as I use my IPhone quite a bit and have everything on that would drain a battery and sometimes an aux battery in a day. From the start, this one delivered superior results to the other product and I was quite pleased. A couple of weeks ago I went to plug it in to charge and it would not charge. Something had gone wrong with the connection. I thought I had blown another $100.00 on an iPhone accessory. On a lark, I thought I would write their customer service to see what they could do to sell me a new case connector as I thought the batteries were OK. I fully expected that it would take a week to hear back and get some mumbo jumbo as you usually do with stuff like this but I thought I would give it a shot.I was blown away when in less than 24 hours they responded with a couple of...
