Although there was virtually no istallation or descriptive documentation shipped with the computer, it is shipped with a comprehensive restore disc. The GX620 is up, running and is a great value and computer. This is the fastest computer I have ever had and I've had quite a few. It came with an accelerating device which makes the computer boot up very rapidly. The company is also exemplary in that they are dedicated to making customers satisfied. I received a personal letter asking me if I even thought of giving less than 5 stars, to please give them a chance to make it better. I recommend this company "Ez Buy Cafe". first very quick shipping from ez buy cafe ordered sunday night not processed on monday shipped tuesday got it Wednesday morning like not even two full days. very small a great break from my old HP it was a huge lug. anyway it fried early. my old one was 3.4 clock speed 4 gigs memory and a 500 gb hard drive that was loaded with pictures,music,videos and a million programs barely made 100 gb's. so unless you download alot no need. and i see no difference between the Dell and the HP but price and size. refurbished are great i bought my sister a lap top from u-bid she goes to school online so between 5 and 12 hours a day almost a year very strong. after seeing that i only go refurbished. but just make sure the refurbisher gets good reviews. runs great i'll be back in like six month's. hope this review helps. when i purchesed there was one but not very detailed
