Enjoy going further with this trusted rugged protective case that doubles the battery life of your phone. Charger does not work properly. The connection between the system and the USB is not stable. It keeps fluctuating with on and off noise that normally comes when charger is connected to the phone.. But for time factor I would have return it. Unfortunately the Item was posted to me outside the US six weeks after the order was delivered to an address in the US. It frustrates me. It also stops charging when charger in on and a call come through. Not happy with this item. Worked for a month and stopped working. We tried to contact OtterBox and no one has returned our inquiry! When using this case the phone cannot play any music or videos (ie.youtube etc.). Otterbox pauses all playback automatically. It does not matter if app is installed or not. The case it self causes this. When case is removed phone works normally.
