We learned the hard way that the Lifeproof case is NOT waterproof. Our 16 year old daughter wanted this case for her (two week old) iphone so that she could take pictures and videos underwater (as advertised). She used it only twice in the pool. The second time she used it, it leaked and now her 2 week old phone doesn't work. The Cellular Service provider, Apple nor Lifeproof will uphold the warrenty due to water damage. They won't even offer a refund for the case. Lifeproof wants to issue us a new case, what a joke! We purchased the product through our cellular phone service provider, not Amazon. I would NOT recomend this product to anyone who wants to use it underwater! |

This case is very sleek and works great. The only issue I have really found is that it's hard to hear the ringer with the case on. |

Lighter and smaller than any other similar case. Took it to the beach. No problem in sand or water. The case adapter (not included) also enables me to use in my car and night stand cradle. |
