They also reminded me of a one year warranty ensuring that it will be replaced if is flawed. So far the fit of the battery has not been an issue. It is nice to know that the customer service is great, so even if it is a problem in the future, it will be taken care... After 5 years, my Macbook battery finally bit the dust. I originally bought a $27 China replacement from a USA seller on *another* marketplace. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience (it got stuck. I had to pry it out of my laptop with a butter knife. It also wouldn't hold a charge and stuck out the bottom of my macbook so that you couldn't slide it would scratching a surface).So I ponied up for this $45 battery from Anker and the experience has been great. The battery goes in and out just like the original. The metal finish matches the bottom of the macbook, it installs and is removed easily, and the charge is pretty much the same when my original battery was normal. I placed my claim, forwarded the necessary proof of purchase, received confirmation from Square Trade to take my phone into the Apple store for a replacement phone. The replacement price was $199 and once I was able to fax over a receipt for the new phone, Square Trade transferred $199 into my Pay Pal account. I received the money a couple of days after faxing over the receipt. I had a chose of having the money transferred on to my Amazon account, Pay Pal account, or a physical check mailed to me. I am glad that I purchased the insurance and I would recommend that others purchase insurance to protect their investment. I had a two year warranty on my iPhone 4 and after about a year and a half my home button didn't always work when I pushed it. I dealt with it for a while but decided to file a claim since I paid for the warranty. I will say that everything was relatively painless through Squaretrade's website, from filing the claim to keeping track of its progress. I received an email almost instantly that my claim was approved and that a replacement iPhone was on its way next day air. However, I was charged the $50 deductible (for accidental coverage). I called and the CS rep reversed that right away for me, stating that the home button issue was a hardware problem, not an accident. I received the replacement the following day. Again, it was painless.I activated the new phone and realized that it made a horrible rattling sound when it vibrated, it sounded like something inside was loose. Putting pressure on the back of the phone stopped the rattling. I called Squaretrade back,... Wonderful company! Been customer for years. I have over 15 items worth more than $400 each, even my treadmill, insured with SquareTrade and they have outstanding customer support and actually deliver on their word... if they cant fix it, they replace it. I have made repair claims for an old iPhone3G, 4, 4s, Bose earbuds, a treadmill, and a printer, and every time the process was smooth and handled quickly and easily. Highly recommend purchasing a warranty for any electronic device or online purchase.

A well made 2 piece protective case for your Ipod Touch 4G. I went with yellow to find it easier or incase I drop it, I'm more likely to notice it and not loose this one. The price is affordable and the IPOD Touch fits perfect in it.I'm giving it a 4 star rating because a few things could have been done better to make it perfect IMO.1. Back porthole should have built in protective screen. The screen protector that comes with product is cheap so just cut that up and use to keep the back of your Ipod Touch protective from scratches and dirt.2. The bottom portion (where the home button is located) could've had a 3/4" black rubber lip as part of the black silicone insert which could've also included a rubber yellow button to fit over the home button for more added protection. My cheap, thin, little silicone sleeve I had prior to this one at least had that built in.3. The covers for the headphone jack and the 30 pin connector are a... Ok looking case. Went with this brand since its what I have on my droid and than thing has survived numerous drops, sometimes from fairly high with absolutely no problem. I bought it hoping it would work with the HP TouchPad, and for 25 dollars, it was difficult to go wrong. Not only does it work perfectly with the HP TouchPad, but it also feels better than the HP Wireless Keyboard that's suppose to go with the HP TouchPad!I have mixed feelings about the silicone cover, but that's totally a preference thing.I plan to hook this up with my computer (after I acquire a USB BT dongle).

I was a PC user for all my life, this was the first time I decided to buy a Mac and I was a little bit scared by the OS but really ... this laptop its simply awesome! Works perfect, fast and smooth! If you are an active pc gammer DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP I do play some games and this its the main drowback of this product for me (I knew it before buying it so ... im not going to take off a star for it!)If you are a software developer, designer, musician or anyone who need a really strong fast performance for work buy this!If you are like a internet browsing person... do not do the investment in this laptop, you can find something cheaper that will do the job. Luckily I was able to get this model on educational discount with tax exempt, but the price tag is still too high for the performance.The MD213LL/A model with a 256GB SSD is selling for $1499 now and that's probably the best value for the 13" retina models. The 3210M and 3230M intel processors differ less than 5% in performance. The only trouble with the older model is the screen burn-in issue that may be present in a large batch. On this current model, the burn-in is not noticeable unless you go all white from a high contrast still image, then there is still some minor burn-in. But other than this minor annoyance, the screen looks amazing in terms of details and color saturation.Intel HD 4000 on a 3230M is a joke for a 2560x1600 screen. It will play movies and do some light design work, but anything a bit advanced causes problems. Even AutoCAD 2D work and Photoshop CS6 presented display problems in multiple instances for me.
